Shipments are always made after the successful payment transaction.

Since these products are entirely hand-made, orders are processed in 5-7 working days, for products already available in the shop.

In the case of a reservation, keep in mind that it takes at least 15 days for preparation, to which must be added the days needed for shipping.

For every single order will be charged €9,00 VAT included, as the fixed cost of shipping, if it will be used with the carrier. Multiple orders to the same address, will only be charged shipping. In the case of small packages, and the contribution for shipping will be €3.50.

At the time of departure of the package you will receive an email automatically confirming the shipment.
